Return & Exchange

Bra size is a headache for many mothers during pregnancy and lactation period. If there is an improper size or the quality issues of the product, you 
can request a return or exchange within 7 days after receipt of the products. If overdue, your return or exchange request will not be accepted.
 
Special attention should be paid to:  
1.The bra must be in its original condition, with all labels remaining in place.
2.The bra must be guaranteed to be unused, unworn, unwashed,    undamaged, and in a resaleable condition.
3.Bras are personal items, for hygienic reasons, we can’t accept returns of bras soiled by sweat, breast milk, pet fur,(including any strong smell)etc.
 
*Note: We can’t accept return and exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
 
About return and exchange fees:
1.If your size is not suitable, we can accept the replacement request, PS PACASSO will bear the shipping cost, the new item will be sent to you within 3
working days after we receiving  the package.
2.For the return request due to the quality issues of the product itself, PS  PACASSO will bear the shipping cost, and you only need to send the product
back in its original condition.

immediately, and we will inform you of the  specific return and exchange process.

About refund time:
If you request a return, the refund will be issued back to your original payment  method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process after
we receive the returned product.
